The Relationship among Spiritual Intelligence, Social Support and Self Compassion with Hope of Patients with Corona Disease

Abstract:

To investigate the relationship between hope and variables like spiritual intelligence, social support and self-compassion among patients with corona virus is the main aim of this research. The study in regard of aim is part of applied research and in regard of gathering data is a sort of descriptive correlational research. To collect information, field method has been used. The statistical population was Iranian over 18 years’ old whom were infected with corona virus. About 134 people have been selected from statistical population through snowball sampling method. Furthermore, questionnaires of Snyder hope scale (1991), Abdullahzadeh spiritual intelligence (2009), has been used. The research find out that hope among corona patients has a positive and significant relationship with variables like spiritual intelligence, social support and self-compassion. findings show that by the increase in each one of spiritual intelligence, social support and self-compassion , the hope of patients with corona virus will increase and vice versa.
