The Evaluation Iran Commercial Banks Website, by Using from Web Assesment Index (WAI)

The aim of the present research is, evaluation Iran commercial banks website, and ranking them by using from web Assessment index. This research is combination of description and Delphi. The research population included 30 Iran commercial banks website. The data collection tool was the list of review. Bankswebsite in terms navigation and speed are good condition, and in terms of access and content are average condition. The total%53/3 bank websites are average. Ranking banks website showed Mellat bank is with a score of 79 in the first place and Ghavamin bank is with a score of 33 in last place. Results show that, evaluation Iran commercial banks website are with an average score 60 in good condition. %26/66 of banks website are good condition, %66/33 of banks website are average condition and%10 banks website are undesirabl.
