Developing a conceptual model Using grounded theory in Social exclusion, Case study Neighborhood Ghorbt's of Masiri city

This article discusses the multiple dimensions of social exclusion ofGhorbat neighborhood in the Masiri city center of Rostam eparchy in Farsprovince and also review the changes made as a result of governmentprogram of Pseudo-modernism. In this paper the method of GroundedTheory and participatory Rural Appraisal techniques, semi-structuredinterviews, observation and walking in the field and group discussionhave been used. The method of snowball sampling used to comment onthe statistical data to measure the saturation stage. After the analysis ofdata collected in the field through coding (Open, axial and selective), bychoosing the central issue” Ethnic– exclusion” attempting to derive atheory is based on data collected from the field, then, according to dataanalysis based on the principles of grounded theory, theory of "ethnicexclusion - race as factor of social exclusion" obtained.
