The relation of socio-economic factors with social health of guidance and high school teachers of Azarshahr city

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between socioeconomic factors and social health among guidance school and high school teachers in Azarshahr. The research method is survey, the research population consisted of guidance school and high school teachers in Azarshahr who are 332. Sample of Study was obtained using Cochran formula and it is 180 people. The data gathering tool in this study is a questionnaire. In order to measure the variables, social health questionnaire of Keyes as well as social capital, socio-economic status and job satisfaction questionnaires have been used. Results show that there is a direct meaningful relationship between social participation and social health of teachers as well as job satisfaction and their social health.
