The purpose of this study is psychological analysis of the party based on Islamic sources. Due to the social nature of human beings, it is necessary to provide complete models in this field to reach the desired point. The best role models are the infallibles (peace be upon them). For this purpose, party-related materials were collected in narrative sources and then analyzed by the method of interpreting the content of religious texts. The research findings showed that the duties of the host include having the divine intention, providing what the guest needs, warm welcome of the guest, not being proud in the reception, avoiding obligations and hardships, caring for the guest in dangers and chasing the guest, and the duties of the guest include Accepting the invitation to the party, avoiding the uninvited party, going neatly, obeying the host, praying and using beautiful words are the right of the host. In addition to the symbolic manifestations and forms that express the Islamic way of life, this tradition has effects and functions that affect the total social life of Muslims and play an important role in the development of Islamic civilization.
