Identification of Influential Components on Development of Managers in Iran Khodro Parts Supply Company (Sapko)

Management thinkers are of the opinion that development is the key to the development of the country to the extent that many successful countries of the world acknowledge that you are educating the manager, everything is looking for it. Therefore, considering the importance of the development of the managers, this research seeks to identify the components that affect the development of managers in Iran Khodro (Sapko) Parts Supply Company. In this regard, the purpose of the research is to investigate the applied gender and research method. Data were collected using interviews. The statistical population of the study consisted of directors, responsible expert and experts of Saipko Company, sample of Golubeh snowy and sample size of 10 people (saturation limit). Content analysis has been used for qualitative analysis of collected data. The results obtained from the analysis indicate that training, performance evaluation, successor, senior management support and strategic dimensions of the organization were identified as dimensions affecting the process of development of managers.
