Designing and explaining the model of improving the efficiency of human resources based on the components of land management (Mazandaran Vocational Technical University, Technical, Agricultural and Marine Higher Education Institutions)
This research was formed with the aim of designing and explaining the model of improving the efficiency of human resources based on the components of land management. The present study is an exploratory mix in terms of practical purpose. The statistical population included employees and experts of the faculty and technical schools, marine sciences and agriculture of Mazandaran Technical and Vocational University in 1398 with 1800 people. The sample size was 317 people based on Karajsi and Morgan table with simple random sampling method, library and field data collection method and measuring instruments from two researcher-made questionnaires, including human resource efficiency and land management. Their reliability coefficient in the study population was obtained using Cronbach's alpha test for 0.8% of human resource efficiency and 0.79% of land management. Data analysis was performed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using frequency and percentage indices and confirmatory factor analysis test using Excel, Spss and Amos software. The results showed that 80% of the land management of Mazandaran Technical and Vocational University is educational (8 components), organizational (12 components), individual (13 components), professional (16 components), ethical (9 components), social and cultural dimensions. (6 components), strategies (8 components), injuries (8 components) depend. Each of the components and their dimensions are acceptable (above 1.96%).
