Designing an Educating Model for Jihadi Leaders in Shahid Soleimani School (Using a Meta-Synthesis Study)

The school of Shahid Soleimani is one of the examples of the school of jihadi management, which has been able to achieve its main features well in the field of operations. His school is not just a specialized, jurisprudential, philosophical or political school, but an "educational school". The nature of this school is to influence human personality and to direct behavior, insight, and humanization.

In this research, the meta-synthesis method, which is one of the types of meta-study research, was used. In the first step, different keywords were searched in the most important databases of researches and articles in the country and 47 works in the field of Shahid Soleimani School and jihadi management were identified and finally 25 works in 2020 were analyzed.

In this applied-exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, the educational model of jihadi leaders in the school of Shahid Ghasem Soleimani was designed. The plan includes four dimensions: "personality system", "belief system", "political system" and "managerial and economic system". It was suggested that senior managers be more influenced by key characteristics such as revolutionary spirit, unity among officials and the responsibility of Martyr Soleimani.
