Analysis of factors affecting physical-spatial safety , Regions 6, 10 and 12 of Tehran metropolis Using Aras and Vaspas methods
Safty is considered as one of the basic needs of citizens in the structure of cities and creating a sense of Safty from a mental and environmental comfort for citizens is one of the most important and important issues in urban management. In this study, the aim is to compare the level of Safty caused by physical-spatial factors in three regions 6, 10 and 12 of Tehran and prioritize each region according to the level of physical-spatial security. According to the purpose of the research, the theoretical framework was performed by documentary method and then the physical spatial criteria affecting the achievement of urban security were analyzed using items. Then, the items were obtained through the design of a questionnaire and then distributed and completed by a survey of 383 citizens and executives in selected areas. The items were then monitored and analyzed by critical prioritization method. Based on the output of this method and among the desired criteria, their uses and compatibility with each other was given first priority, and then the presence of citizens, lighting, and the placement of signs in the next priorities. Finally, using two new multi-criteria decision, Vaspas and Aras, a comparative comparison of the three regions was performed. The results obtained from both methods show that the residents of District 10 of Tehran are in a better position than the other two districts in terms of physical-spatial criteria affecting Safty, and District 12 is the lowest level of Safty in terms of these indicators.
