Modeling structural equations of dimensions affecting the quality of life in urban areas of Zahedan

Urbanization is a persistent phenomenon that today more than 50% of the world's population is concentrated in cities. Therefore, the city plays a key role in the economic growth and development of the region. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions affecting the quality of life in urban areas of Zahedan. The nature of the research is of an applied type and in terms of descriptive-analytical method, in which information and data have been collected through documentary and survey methods. The statistical population consisted of 592968 citizens who were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula of 400 people and were randomly analyzed. Data processing was performed with SPSS software and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by one-sample t-test and structural equation method and Amos software.Based on the results, it was found that the quality of life in the five districts of Zahedan is in an unfavorable situation. In this regard, region one was in a better situation than other regions and region four had the lowest level of quality of life in the five regions studied. In order to identify the factors affecting the quality of life in Zahedan, the structural equation model in Amos software was used and the results for the physical dimension were 0.96, the economic dimension was 0.91, the environmental dimension was 0.88 and then The social value was 0.78, which indicates that the impact of the physical and economic dimension was greater than the environmental and social dimensions.
