Abstract:
Background and Aim

Instructors of NAJA public education centers are affected by various types of stress. However, due to the high importance of the efficiency of these forces in training and educating skilled and valuable human resources, the negative effects of job stress on them can cause many harms to the NAJA. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of job stress on the performance of trainers in NAJA Public Education Center.

Method

In order to measure the research variables, two questionnaires of job stress and the questionnaire of instructors' efficiency were used. Research questionnaire indices were obtained from related studies and research background and then localized based on research conditions and study environment. The statistical population of this study was the educational instructors of Public Education Center in the summer of 8931. Due to the limited statistical population of the study, the counting method was used and the research tool was distributed among all employed educators. Validity and reliability of the research model and data analysis were performed using structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis in SMART PLS software.

Findings

The research findings showed that job stress has a negative and significant effect on the efficiency of trainers and its dimensions (discipline, training techniques, motivation, communication skills and training skills) in NAJA General Education Center.

Conclusion

The findings of this study showed for the first time that by reducing job stress among trainers in educational centers and increasing the quality of work life, their efficiency improves and as a result, the quality of learners' education also increases..
