Design and development of strategic plan for physical education management of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the perspective 1404

Abstract:
Objective

The purpose of this study was to design and formulate a strategic plan for the management of the Strategic Naval Training of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the perspective of 1404.

Methodology

The present research has been applied and surveyed. The statistical population included all people working in the field of physical education in Ndaja at the level of regions and bases. The method of data collection in this study was reviewing documents during library studies and interviewing experts, officials, specialists and managers of Nedaja sports and using a questionnaire to collect data. In this study, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. All data were analyzed in SPSS software version 20.

Results

The results showed that the management of Nedaja physical education is in a state of change. Based on the SWOT analysis, a total of 34 strategies including 15 SO strategies, 5 ST strategies, 9 WO strategies and 5 WT strategies were developed for Nedaja sport.
