The Impact of the Activities of the Police Trustees Council on the Prevention of Drug Distribution (Case Study: Qazvin City)1

this study was conducted to investigate the impact of the activities of the Council of Police Trustees on the prevention of drug distribution in Qazvin.

The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted by survey method in 1998. based on Cochran relation, 384 people by random sampling Were. Data collection tools are two researcher-made questionnaires "Activities of the Council of Trustees" and "Prevention of drug distribution". The validity of the instrument was calculated based on face validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability and the value was 0.87. Analysis of research data In the descriptive part, frequency, mean and ratio statistics were used and in the inferential part, Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests and simple and multiple regression tests were used.

According to the research findings, with 95% confidence and less than 5% error, there is a significant relationship between the activities of local trustees and prevention of drug distribution in Qazvin, and significantly with the increase of the activities of the Board of Trustees, prevention of distribution. Drugs are on the rise.

According to the research findings, with an increase of one unit on the activities of local trustees, the prevention of drug distribution in Qazvin increases by 0.828 units, so more effort and support for the activities of the Police Trustees Council, prevention of distribution Drugs will strengthen the city of Qazvin.
