The Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Learning Culture and Knowledge Sharing (Case study: Staff of Islamic Azad University, Tonekabon Branch)
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture and knowledge sharing.
The statistical population includes 380 employees of Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon. Using Kerjcie and Morgan table, 191 people were selected as the statistical sample. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Data collection tools include three transformational leadership questionnaires, organizational learning culture, and knowledge sharing. Formal and content validity were used to determine the validity of the questionnaires and for reliability measurement, they were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. SPSS-22 statistical software was used to analyze the obtained data.
The findings showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing (r = 0.469) at 99%. Also, studies have shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture (r = 0.573) at 99%.
In general, the results of the present study are consistent with the research conducted and it can be understood that in the society and the sample under study, there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture and knowledge sharing. Therefore, managers of organizations should pay close attention to this issue in today's competitive world.
