Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the position of the variables of organizational justice, job satisfaction and division of labor in explaining work conscience. The present study was conducted using the field method (survey) and quantitatively (using a researcher-made questionnaire). The statistical population of this study includes all employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and the sample size is 400 people based on Cochran's formula. The sample was selected by random sampling method. In order to assess the validity (validity) of the questionnaire, face validity and construct validity (using confirmatory factor analysis) were used, and to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. Necessary validity and reliability. Data were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels and Pearson correlation test, linear regression and path analysis were used to evaluate the factors affecting work conscience. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, sense of justice and division of labor have a direct and significant relationship with work conscience. The results of path analysis showed that 58% of changes in work conscience are explained by the sum of independent variables and in general, according to direct and indirect effects, the variable of division of labor had the greatest impact on employee conscience. Therefore, considering the importance of work conscience in the development and progress in society, it is suggested that to identify other factors affecting work conscience, attention should be paid to individual (psychological), intermediate (organizational) and macro (structural and systemic) levels of society in the organization under study and other governmental organizations.
