Structural analysis of corruption prevention in Iranian criminal lawCase study of Tehran
Corruption is one of the most important issues in the field of public and private departments and institutions, which has always caused problems in the public transaction system. Accordingly, this study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of corruption prevention in Iranian criminal law.
This applied and descriptive study is a survey type and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical population of the study is 285 thousand government employees in Tehran, 384 of whom using the Cochran's formula by quota sampling method. have been. Statistical methods of structural equation modeling using AmosGraphics software were used to analyze the data.
The findings of this study in the theoretical part, which is considered as a theoretical support for the hypotheses; Prevention of corruption-induced administrative corruption; Preventive measures against corruption in Islam, preventive measures against corruption in the health promotion law, preventive criminal measures against corruption in the health promotion law and the application of preventive measures in the criminal law of the United Kingdom. Corruption in the Health Promotion Law has a direct and significant effect on the explanation of corruption prevention in Iranian criminal law with a coefficient of 0.46.
