Legal foundations of the new criminal science and its role in crime prevention
Crime prevention and adopting a strategy to deal with it is a central part of contemporary legal approaches in which each legal branch seeks to investigate and prevent crime according to its principles and assumptions. The important relationship between the penal system and crime prevention in terms of government planning or disenfranchisement, as well as whether or not to address the causes and causes of crime is another important part of legal approaches that show differences in criminal approaches to crime.
