This article aims to study and analyze the knowledge-police requirements and the importance of its features in the field of public security performance and its basic vision programs, tries to identify and review the procedures and production processes of knowledge and up-to-date information for NAJA survival and success.And provide management of social change in the field of public security. In this research work, the mixed method has been used. Due to the limited number of experts in the field of research, the statistical population includes 30 experts, which due to the low number of experts, the sample size is an integer. Research tools include library, internet, documents and questionnaire.Content validity method was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability.
If the process of social change, along with the management of public discipline in the NAJA, is carefully integrated with the thematic information knowledge in the organization and put into practice and evaluated, the result will be that society can be managed in a disciplined and responsible manner so that citizens can know And put their abilities in the service of community and profitability in a lively, interactive and active way.
It can be concluded that in this process, law enforcement knowledge management seeks to motivate and intelligently fulfill the mission, to turn itself into a basic knowledge force. The mission of the NAJA is to be able to lead to successful use.
