Futures Study in the system of evaluating the performance of the builder in the Disciplinary Command of West Azerbaijan with the approach of reducing reverse behaviors

Abstract:

The existential philosophy of any organization is manifested by its dynamic performance with different missions. Ability to perform is not an experimental test and requires operationalization in the organization. Performances in public and private organizations with different goals are usually very different from each other and therefore performance appraisal has a different process in the organization depending on the requirements. This process always faces many challenges in organizations with large manpower such as law enforcement command. have been. Evaluation of growth performance is considered as a new participatory evaluation in the field of manpower management and pays special attention to the reaction of employees to evaluation. In this type of evaluation, the positive response and feelings of employees towards performance evaluation, shows the success that this situation can lead to increasing social capital in the organization and, consequently, reducing deviant behaviors, in other words, reversal in the organization. According to the mentioned topics, future research in the proposed field can be considered as a strategic cause of organizational productivity. The research is applied and descriptive-survey. The purpose of the present study is future research in the system of evaluating the growth performance of the West Azerbaijan Disciplinary Command with the approach of reducing reverse behavior. Pearson test type and multiple linear regression with 3 variables and 63 components were analyzed in SPSS software. The statistical population was related to the specialized deputies of the West Azerbaijan Disciplinary Command, of which 82 people were selected as the statistical sample. The results showed that future research in the performance appraisal system of West Azerbaijan Disciplinary Command with the approach of reducing inverse behaviors from the point of view of statistical samples, can be considered as a fundamental strategy to improve organizational productivity.
