The present study uses a qualitative approach based on qualitative content analysis to try to understand the role of disciplinary management approaches in preventing cybercrime based on subjective perceptions and interpretations and definitions of actors of this concept. The research method is qualitative content analysis. Qualitative data in this study were collected using in-depth interview technique. The subjects are 10 officials related to cyberspace who were selected based on qualitative / purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation criteria. For data analysis, continuous comparison method was used during open and axial coding. The collected data were obtained in the form of 104 concepts and 17 pivotal categories in interviews with participants. The results showed that poor media literacy, anonymity in cyberspace, weak internal messengers, emotional outbursts and poor desirability of social and family relationships are the most important causes of immoral crimes in cyberspace.
