The research is a descriptive-analytical one. Using texts and theories through online and library research, he attempts to discover the relationships of the factors with the research through the systematic coding and classification of the survey data. In this study, a limited number of rape cases in Shahroud County investigated in the demographic department in the years 95 and 96 were referred to the police.
