Abstract:

The law was applied in two: one in the financial, contractual and other conditions in the true and real self-Governors. Every society needs a social discipline. All those social scientists and wisdom to create a regulated society and the law agree oriented. The purpose of law is the rule of law and legalism. Utopian society’s rules and regulations issued on the basis of reason, conscience and not feel, but mixed with that from God's revelation by the prophets and the great and infallible Imams (AS) in connection with the divine and Islamic rulings, is communicated to humanity. When justified and described the ideal society for the protection of their rights has been established, So do not violate the only way to end the chaos of natural darkness and destruction caused by the action sections of the community to form a utopian society, "Islamic" is. (The religious community, civil society, p. 52) In this article, using descriptive research method – according to the word of the law library, law and legalism of the necessity community and the factors or barriers utopian societies "Islamic" was analyzed.
