Influence of parents (depression, aggression, and education) in drug dependence in adolescents province
The aim of the present study was to evaluate depression, sensation seeking , aggression , attachment styles and parental education as dependence in adolescents is Semnan. Study population consisted of 112 adolescents addicted and non-addicted teenagers were 112. In this study, the available sample for drug sampling and non- sampling multi-stage random sampling method was used. The instrument used in this study were: the Beck Depression Inventory, Zuckerman's Sensation Seeking Scale, the Aggression Questionnaire Semnan Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment. The data, in addition to descriptive statistics, discriminate analysis method was applied. All the results of this study confirmed the hypothesis that drug dependence in adolescents can be based on variables such as depression, sensation seeking, aggression, attachment styles and parental education can be predicted. The results of the model proposed by this study is discussed in detail.
