Principles and logic of resistance and Anti-arrogance of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Anti-arrogance and confrontation with the domination system (antiimperialism) have been one of the principles of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The emergence of some economic problems has caused some people to associate it with the foreign policy views and while considering the difficult situation of the country, citing the “negation of hardship and embarrassment” rule, may doubt the continuation of resistance. In the present study, in evaluating this idea based on analytical-comparative method, by explaining the natural, intellectual and religious principles of the necessity of resistance and examining the roots of the hegemony system with the Islamic Republic and the costs of compromise, it becomes clear that arrogance (imperialism) is enmity with the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is not superficial and temporary; rather, it is rooted in their hegemonic nature and the Islamic and anti-hegemonic identity of our country. Similarly, the enemies of the Islamic system will not be satisfied with anything but seizing Islamic principles, independence, dignity, and national interests. The taqiyyah and the “negation of hardship and embarrassment” rules which have been forged in order to preserve the religion, do not mean abandoning the foundation of religion. Besides, the country's problems are due to poor management, performance, and lack of attention to the resistance economy, and do not stem from resistance and anti-arrogant positions.
