Predicting students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy: The role of intelligence (Cultural and Spiritual) and Social Health

Undoubtedly, social health and the dimensions of intelligence (spiritual and cultural) play an important motivating role in creating and promoting entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of intelligence (cultural and spiritual) and social health in students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy.

The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population included all students working in the Science and Technology Park and technology units affiliated to the South Khorasan Science and Technology Park in the period from May to July 2019, 144 students were selected based on Krejcie & Morgan table by available sampling method and questionnaires of Keys and Shapiro Social Health, cultural intelligence of Ang et al. King's spiritual intelligence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy de Nabel et al. Pearson correlation test and multiple regression were used to analyze the data simultaneously with SPSS software version 22.

The results showed that the correlation between cultural intelligence, spiritual intelligence and social health with self-efficacy was positive and significant (p <0.01). The results also showed that cultural intelligence components explain 39.5%, spiritual intelligence components 47.3% and social health components explain 55% of the variance of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.

According to the research results, the attention of officials and administrators of the educational system to the role of effective factors such as social health, cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence in increasing the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of students is one of the necessities of this research.
