Evaluation of the effectiveness of family resilience training on life satisfaction and marital satisfaction of military families
The aim of this study was to develop a family resilience education package and evaluate its effectiveness on life satisfaction and marital satisfaction of families.
The research was quasi-experimental with two pre-test and post-test designs with control group and one-group design with repeated measures. Using random sampling method, the study population includes 500 military families to select experimental and control groups and 34 military families to determine the effectiveness of training interventions that were selected through purposive sampling methods. Also, to evaluate the research variables of life satisfaction and marital satisfaction questionnaires in pre-test, post-test were used. they got.
The data were analyzed using analysis of covariance at a significant level (P /0 0801) and showed that the variability of life satisfaction in parents who were trained in the program to believe, from parents under this They were not trained, it was more. But there was no difference between the marital satisfaction of the control and experimental groups.
The results of this study showed that there is a significant difference in life satisfaction between the two groups designated as experimental and control groups in this study, after the implementation of the educational package and psychological interventions. This difference can be Affected by the educational interventions performed and the participation of the members of the experimental group in the family resilience training package.
