examining the concept of a subset of institutions and monitor the quality of leadership in the legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran
"Leadership Undertakings" is a term used in many common rules and is an exception to the rule. However, the definition and examples of this term are ambiguous and generally a broad interpretation is made of it. Whereas it is desirable, firstly, to adopt a specific criterion in the definition of these institutions in order to make it possible to account for its constituents and, secondly, to exclude these institutions from the inclusion of certain laws. In this exploratory-descriptive method, we examine the issue of whether there are basically institutions as subordinate institutions of leadership and can we talk about monitoring them? What are the criteria used to determine the institutions and the nature of their supervision? What kind of legal entities are included or excluded from some of the laws? What we have found in this article is that, firstly, "confirmation of the verdicts and approvals of an institution" is an acceptable criterion as a subset of leadership, and, second, the exclusion of certain institutions from the rules as such with this argument Which is the legitimacy of the system derived from the velayat-e faqih, is somewhat consistent with the constitutional norm.
