The aim of this study was to explain and rank the factors affecting the quality of online learning of students in Sarchahan city during coronary heart disease using structural equation technique and hierarchical analysis process technique. The purpose of this research is applied, its research method is descriptive and correlational and the statistical population of this research consists of students in Sarchahan city, whose number is about 600 people. To select the sample size using Cochran's formula, a sample of 234 people was selected by stratified random sampling method. The standard questionnaire of Elumalai et al. (2020) was used to measure the factors. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its composite reliability and validity were evaluated by construct and content validity. The research hypotheses were analyzed using the structural equation modeling technique and the factors were weighed and ranked using the hierarchical technique. The results showed that executive support has a negative and significant relationship with the quality of e-learning. Course content, course design, social support, technical support, instructor characteristics and learner characteristics also have a positive and significant relationship with the quality of e-learning. Also, the results of ranking factors through the technique of hierarchical analysis process showed that the course design variable is in the highest priority, followed by executive support and learner characteristics and course design in the second to fourth priorities. Social support variables and coaching characteristics are the lowest priority.
