Character Training in Online Teaching (Based on the Theory of Character Training by Thomas Likona)
The purpose of this study is to deduce the methods of character training in online teaching based on the theory of character training of Thomas Likona. This research has been done by inferential analytical method. Therefore, first we have explained the concept of character training and then we have deduced the methods of character training based on Likuna theory by deductive method. According to Likuna, character training is a deliberate effort to help people understand, care for, and act on genuine moral values. There are three steps to internalizing any value: 1. Moral knowledge; 2. Ethical attitude 3. Ethical action. To train students' character in online teaching and internalize the values in them, exploratory and participatory approaches can be used in teaching, and by creating a suitable ground for discussing moral concepts and their practical practice, as well as a suitable model for conceptualizing and institutionalizing moral values. گماشت.
