The process of child victimization in cyberspace with emphasis on economic factors
One of the social harms that threatens the comprehensive is the increasing phenomenon of child victimization. Child victimization means any physical or psychological harm, sexual abuse or neglect of the child's basic needs. Cyberspace, as one of the new communication environments, requires its own interactions. Despite all the advantages and charms of this space, one of the most important problems is related to the rapid and widespread victimization of children that the child's curiosity and inability to recognize and speed and The multiplicity of cybercriminals requires special attention in this regard.
This research is of theoretical type. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
The findings of the study show that, with the advent of child victimology in the last decade, great strides have been made to study child victims and identify their characteristics and performance in committing crimes against themselves. Putting moral and religious motives on juvenile delinquency has opened up a new perspective for victim juvenile scholars and professors.
In the various laws that we have in our country, there are good provisions regarding the protection of children in general, but it seems that there are major problems in the implementation of laws and disciplinary and judicial procedures in dealing with child victims. And the use of alternative punishments instead of the traditional punishments that it seems.
