The Rright of Economic Actors to Timely Awareness of Decisions and Free Access to Economic Information

To start an investment, business and in general any economic activity in a society, in addition to having the relevant knowledge and skills, having specialized manpower, equipment required and adequate financial resources, you must have information about Each field of activity also had access and was aware of the government's decisions regarding that field, so that it could engage in economic activity with less risk and more economic security. The right to free access to information has been recognized in our country for many years by the Law on Dissemination and Free Access to Information, and this right includes all types of data and information, including economic information. Power can be seen as a prelude to achieving transparency in economic information. But what has been targeted so far; The fight against corruption and deviation from the law has been through the transparency of economic information of government institutions and economic enterprises and has mainly had a regulatory application. While access to this information can be useful for producers and economic actors and play a significant role in how they operate. This right to information and free access not only does not include economic information, but this article seeks to identify this right to make economic decisions, including the formulation, modification and implementation of economic policies, laws and regulations. Using library data and descriptive-analytical method, we will study and identify this issue.
