Evaluation and measurement of dimensions and components of resilience of Golbahar new city against natural hazards

One of the most important issues in urban management in recent years is the creation of cities resilient to natural hazards. Khorasan Razavi province as one of the most important provinces in the country is affected by natural hazards every year and of course the new city of Golbahar due to geographical location And its environmental characteristics are affected, in terms of regional dimension, this city is one of the most important satellite cities in the metropolis of Mashhad. The research method in this article is analytical-applied. The statistical sample of the research is a simple random method of 30 experts, experts and specialists in urban planning and urban planning issues who have been purposefully selected and questioned. The variables of this research are resilience dimensions and 66 related components. The validity of the questionnaire has been reviewed and confirmed by specialists and experts in urban planning and urban planning issues. Regarding reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which is equal to 0.727, which indicates the high reliability of the research instrument. In the inferential part of statistical analysis, one-sample t-test and Friedman test were used. The results show that Golbahar city with 3.02 views of resilience against natural hazards is moderate. The results of the table of descriptive statistics of urban resilience also indicate that among the dimensions of resilience, the physical environmental dimension has the most and the economic dimension has the least impact on the resilience of the new city of Golbahar against environmental hazards. Regarding the variable level of urban resilience, the new city of Golbahar is evaluated in the medium range.
