Investigating the effect of social order on social identity in informal settlements of Ardabil

Having adequate housing or shelter, which is now defined in the context of citizenship, is one of the fundamental rights of the citizens of any land. Such a right is recognized in the constitutions of the nations of the world, including Iran, and governments are required to provide the conditions for families to have access to conventional housing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social order on social identity in informal settlements of Ardabil. The research method is descriptive correlation according to its subject. The statistical population of this study is the residents of informal settlements in Ardabil, which according to the 2016 census, their number is equal to 60125 people and the sample size is equal to 385 people. SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis and regression coefficient and t-test with two independent groups were used to analyze the hypotheses. The results showed that social order has a significant positive effect on social identity in informal settlements of Ardabil and there is a significant difference between the average social identity of immigrants and non-immigrants and the social identity of immigrants is less than non-immigrants
