The effect of decentralized and centralized training methods on the job skills of the staff of the NAJA Awareness Police Identification Center
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of decentralized and focused training methods on the job skills of police officers. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and quasi-experimental in terms of descriptive nature. The statistical population of this study is all trained personnel of the Identification Police in 1399 from the provinces of Greater Tehran, Fars, Khuzestan, Gilan, Mazandaran and Isfahan, whose number is 1226 people. To determine the sample size in this study, 293 people were obtained from Cochran's formula. Thus, 240 staff members who were in two sample groups (120 people in the experimental group and 120 people in the control group) were selected by stratified random sampling method. Each of the centralized and decentralized training was classified into 6 categories, ie Each category has 120 people in groups (20 people in each category).Analysis methods are causal-comparative test, t-test and ANOVA analysis of variance test in PSPS -25 software. The research findings showed that decentralized training to increase the job skills of the staff of the Electronic Evidence Department of the Police of Recognition showed the highest value compared to other categories and decentralized training for the job skills of the staff of the Database of Criminals of the Police May have It is concluded that vocational skills training for identification police can be more reliable than decentralized training, but along with decentralized training, centralized training can also be implemented.
