Qualitative analysis of the demands and needs of young girls in the field of marriage

In our changing society that marriage has become more complicated than the past, the number of single girls are growing. Unfortunately, while they bear a lot of stress about their celibacy, they cannot express their marriage desires and demands. It is important to research in this area. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was the qualitative analysis of the demands and needs of the young single girls about the marriage.

This was a qualitative research and phenomenological type. The statistical society were all the young single girls between 20 - 35 years in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in 2021. The sample was selected by Purposeful sampling method and Saturation criteria. Finally, 11girls participated in the research. Data was analyzed by theme qualitative analysis and encoding.

The results indicated that about the main theme "cultural factors 15 open code", "economic factors 10 open code", "psychological factors 10 open code", "sociological factors 9 open code", "family factors 13 open code" , And "Spiritual factors 9 open source" were produced.

As the marriage needs and demands of single girls are very extensive and diverse it is necessary the cultural, sociological, psychological, economic, religious institutions and especially, family institution to consider all these factors and plan to meet them.
