The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between organizational justice with organizational silence and organizational agility of the staff of the mazandaran provincial police. This research was a questionnaire and purpose type, applied and from the point of view of descriptive research, was correlation. The statistical population in this research includes all employees of the Education Department of Sari District 2 whose number is 500 people. In order to determine the sample size, the Krejcy and Morgan tables have been used. According to the table, the number of samples is 217 people. The sampling method was stratified random sampling based on employee gender. The data gathering tool in this study was Nijof and Morman's Standard of Organizational Justice Story (1993), organizational silence of Vakula and Boradas (2005) organizational agility (Sharifi and Zhang, 2011). SPSS20 software was used to analyze the data and information. In the discussion of descriptive statistics with the help of existing methods, the mean and standard deviations of variables, frequency and percentage of variables were mentioned and also the column graph was used. Correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used in the inferential statistics for confirmation or rejection of research hypotheses. The results of this study showed that organizational justice is inversely related to the organizational silence of the staff of the police . Organizational justice has a direct relationship with the organizational agility of the staff of the police Directorate and also has an inverse relationship with the organizational agility of the staff of the police.
