participatory management and its impact on improving productivity NAJA staff (studied: law enforcement province mazandaran)
with the aim of promoting including beneficiaries , raising the level of human life, and sublimity of growth , trying to improve the efficiency, requires the belief that one may work and duties better every day since yesterday . This study investigates the impact of corporate management on improving the efficiency of the staff . objectives of the present study, research and application of the nature and method, descriptive survey . statistical community , including law enforcement command is mazandaran province with the formula of Cochrane , 184 people in the form of a simple random sample as the statistical study were selected. means of gathering information , the standard questionnaires participatory management Robbins (1996) and MFQ) labour productivity . stability by the use of formula for corporate management Alpha Keronbagh 0.92 and efficiency 0.93 measurements and approved by Reps , to express a description and analysis of the data from the descriptive statistics and method to analyze the data from the correlation coef (R)cient testing and analysis of variance with SPSS18 software is used. Research findings suggest that the partnership between management and worker productivity positive and significant relationship . The results also show that participating in the change, and contribute to solve problems , respectively, and the highest correlation coefficient.
