A Survey on the Social capital Situation and Its Parameters

Nowadays, beside to human, financial, and economical capital, another concept named as social capital has been used in the social science field. This concept considers the connections and links among the members of a network as a valuable and worthy source that leads to achieve the aims of the members by creating norms and mutual trust. Noting to these, the main propose of the present research is to investigate the social capital and its parameters has contained trust, forgiveness and the spirits of volunteerism, diversify partnerships and friendships, informal communication ability, participation. This survey was applied and the research method was descriptive and correlation survey. The statistical society was contained of 50 peoples from the personals of traffic police staff of Mazandaran Province that 45 peoples of them have been selected by Morgan's table accidently. The data gathering tool of this survey was standard questionnaire that its data have been collected by descriptive statistical method and the analytical and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient) via SPSS software has been applied in order to improve the descriptive investigations. The outcomes of the survey shows that the social capital and its parameters have an upward rating in the organization that it shows a good situation of social capital in the organization.
