A survey of the relation between the quality of attachment to parents and drug trend among teenagers

The aim of the present paper is to anticipate the drug trend of youngsters based on trend to parents. The statistical population of this survey was including the teenagers of the public high schools of Sari and the sample research was included of 360 teenagers contained 200 girls and 160 boys. This research has been performed by traversal method and Armsted-Greenberg questionnaire. The SPSS-14 software applied to analyzing the data. In the present research, the Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used. The results of the Pearson correlation have proved the relation between component of attachment to parents and trend to addiction. The outcome of this research shows that parents must determine the kind of relation with high value of attachment in children.
