Abstract:
 Introduction

Stress (tension or stress) is one of the most important factors affecting the performance of all employees, especially the employees of NAJA, and the effectiveness and efficiency of employees and organizations or their failure.

Background and Objective

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of stressful effects on the operation of the special forces of Semnan province in controlling disturbances.

Methodology

This descriptive survey is of survey type, with the purpose and statistical population, all employees of the special unit of Semnan Province in 1396 are 130 people. The sample size was 80 and using a simple random sampling method using Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument is a questionnaire (researcher made) and an assessment of the annual performance of the staff. The validity of this tool is verified by check list and the reliability of the questionnaire is confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0/80 Descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency, center-centered (mean) and dispersion indices (standard deviation) and inferential statistics (independent t-test) were used to analyze the data through the SPSS-19 software program.

Findings and Conclusion

The findings of this study showed that there is a significant difference between specific unit performance and individual, organizational, and environmental stressors, so that individuals are significantly more effective than individual, organizational and environmental stressors. In addition, between the variables entered into the analysis, in terms of the correlation with the performance of the unit, the only variable of the individual stressors remained in the model and 64.6% of the variance of the specific unit function, which indicates that among the variables, the only variable Individual stressors are significantly predictive of the performance of special unit staff.Keywords: stress, Stressors, performance, special forces, turbulence
