Abstract:

The basis of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on a civilizing attitude has drawn significant prescriptions for the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If policymakers pay attention to this issue, Iran's foreign policy towards different countries of the world, especially the powers of the East and the West, will have a clear framework. In this context, the type of relations of the Islamic Republic with the world powers will also be different. On this basis, the view of an emerging power like China is not the same as that of countries like the United States. Although this difference of opinion does not change the principles and goals of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it logically prefers to take advantage of the great potential of an emerging power such as China, which, unlike the United States, has no history of hegemony in Iran. An important issue that is important given the implementation of the 25-year plan of joint cooperation between Iran and China. The main issue in this regard is that considering the dominance of cultural attitudes in the political thought of the founder of the Islamic Republic in achieving the civilizational goals of the Islamic Revolution, what software priorities should the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran have towards China? It is clear that neglecting this can be threatening. With such a concern, this study will try to re-read and explain the civilizational frameworks considered by the founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, to explain the software requirements of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of China. In order to achieve this goal, an attempt has been made to use the components of soft power in addition to explaining the cultural-civilizational capacities of Islamic Iran in China to prescribe the priorities of the civilizational foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this research, data collection has been done in a library method. This research is applied from the perspective of purpose and from the perspective of descriptive-analytical nature.
