Explain the sociology of improving body management and its relationship with lifestyle in body consumption

Social science research examines the relationships between different variables with respect to social issues; In this regard, the present study investigates the sociology of improving body management and its relationship with lifestyle in body consumption.

The research method is survey and the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study by age group (14-50) in Niavaran and Molavi districts of Tehran is 370,626 people and 384 people were selected as the research sample according to Cochran's formula. Independent t-test, Human Whitney and Wilcoxon tests and SPSS software version 25 at the level of 0.05 were used to analyze the data.

The results showed that lifestyle, improved body management, mass media had an impact on women's consumption (P <0.05).

It seems that body consumption is higher among women than men, and since body management should be considered in terms of health for men, the health organization should take measures to increase body management in men.
