Local staff employment pathology on SWAT missions
Pathology requires a systematic and regular approach to the whole process and its purpose is to identify the nature and type of problems have appeared which need to be solved. The purpose of the research is to pathology local staff employment on SWAT missions.
The research is applied In terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical (exploratory) in terms of method and qualitative in terms of type. The statistical population of the study was 14 SWAT local staff of Qom law enforcement division, which was purposefully selected, and data have been collected by means of interviews and have been adapted using the opinions of SWAT units experts and the validity were confirmed by referring to the research theoretical foundations. Descriptive statistics tests applied to analyze data then used “MaxQDA” software.
By conducting surveys and experiences of the interviewees in 7 topics; Legal damages (with 4 categories and 22 referrals), Moral damages (with 3 categories and 14 referrals), Family injuries (4 with 2 categories and 17 referrals), Psychological damages (with 2 categories and 8 referrals), Security damages (with 2 Category and 5 categories), managerial factors (with 2 categories and 9 referrals) and physical damages (with 2 categories and 6 referrals) were identified.
Holding motivational and awareness-raising education courses for SWAT staff in order to provide solutions to reduce existing damages, applying the research conclusions by commanders to eliminate damages, planning and enjoying recreational and cultural incentives to reduce damages are emphasized.
