The Supervisory Board (Article 6 of the Law on the Registration of Deeds and Property) is the authority to deal with disputes and errors regarding the registration of documents and property. This reference lacks a procedure. The current method of handling this reference is incomplete and contrary to the policy of reducing the work of the court. If we want to make minor reforms in the supervisory board, we have to create several branches of the supervisory board or expand its powers. That is not a good goal. But if we want to eliminate the shortcomings of the supervisory board in a way that reduces the number of court cases, fundamental reforms must be made. These amendments must be in line with the principles of a fair trial, Transnational Civil Procedure Code - developed by the Rome Institute for Private Law and the American Law Institute -and the Judiciary Transformation Document. In a way that the structure and process of the supervisory board is standardized and the current shortcomings are eliminated.
