Evaluating the effectiveness of shooting and weapons skills training courses at samen Al-Aemeh training center
Today, the issue of quality and effectiveness of education on learning and skills oflearners is one of the most important concerns of educational systems in anycountry. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of weapons Traning and shooting at samen Traning center.
The metode is descriptive-survey. The present studay is a cross-sectional stady.In the study, variables were measured only once and in a period of time through sampling. The time of conducting this research was from october2022 to March2022 and the location of this research is samen Traning center, border of Khorasan razavi and south and Sistan and Baluchestan.The affeirs of the learners are 757 people and their direct commanders from and from in the workplace.The sampele size is 156 learners and 105 commanders. It is randomly stratified. Data collection tools include reaction questionnairs scores and learners behavior questionnaire from the perspective of themselves and their commanders based on the kirk Patrick model and the five point Licert scale. The validity and reliability of the qustionnaires were confirmed. For the data,descriptive statistics,kiomogorov-smirnov test,one-sample t,Friedman and t-pair sampleswith spss software werw used.
indicate that according to the reaction quwstionnaire, behavior, learning variable and comparison of pre-test,weapons traning and shooting traning center has been vary effective.
