A Framework For Evaluation of Startups Ecosystem (case study : Ecosystem of Bushehr Province)

One of the key concerns of policy-makers to help develop and improve new businesses to promote innovation and economic growth locally and nationally. But there are two important points in between First of all is what components need to come together to form ecosystem and do its best and Second, what should be the evaluation framework of these ecosystems in order to examine the activities of the actors of this ecosystem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find a framework for better assessing the ecosystem of startups and helping the local economy. For this purpose, after reviewing the research background and using library studies, the initial framework was designed and the final framework was adjusted through interviews with relevant experts and implemented in a case study in Bushehr province. Finally a framework with 7 main components and 68 indices was developed. Examination of the mean of the main components showed that the mean of none of the factors was high and only the culture component was slightly above average.
