Validation of the model of improving the productivity system of human resources in the National Iranian Oil Company
From a philosophical point of view, research is a paradigm of pragmatism. In the qualitative stage, with purposeful semi-structured interviews, the necessary data were collected and used to evaluate the validity of the findings, peer review strategy and accreditation by members, and for the reliability of the interview, the two-coder agreement method was calculated by calculating the percentage of agreement. In a small part of the statistical population, due to the theoretical saturation of the data, 246 managers answered the questionnaire questions. In this research, the logical validity of the structure is used and there is the validity of latent variables. Reliability of the questionnaire constructs the numerical value of the combined reliability index and Cronbach's alpha for all structures was greater than 0.7. For analysis, SPSS software and to fit the model and test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling in Warp PLS software was used.
