Modern organizations today are so vast and complex that they cannot be managed by one person alone. This requires the participation of all individuals at all levels and different organizational classifications. Therefore, in addition to investigating the impact of these factors on staff participation, this study provides an appropriate model of the suggestion system in NGOs in Bushehr. This study explains the personality traits and organizational participation of employees with the level of financial productivity in non-governmental organizations. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Bushehr NGO in 1401. In this study, the required information was collected through a structured questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content and face validity. To analyze the data, first descriptive statistical methods were used; To get a general picture of the variables.
