Abstract:

purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial attitude of club managers on performance of fitness clubs in Tehran. The research method was correlation and statistical population consisted of all managers of private bodybuilding clubs in Tehran in 2014-2015. The investigation was identified. For data collection, Robert Morgan standard questionnaire (2007) and TAT standard questionnaire (2007) were used. The validity and reliability of these questionnaires were high and approved by sports management experts. Descriptive statistics (frequency statistics, abundance percentages, and graphs and tables) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation coefficient, and regression test) were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that all components of entrepreneurial attitude (innovation, risk taking and pioneering) have an impact on the financial and non-financial performance of fitness clubs in Tehran.
