Components of human resource development for disciplinary crime prevention
Recognizing the influential components in human resource development as a valuable asset beyond disciplinary prevention of crime to achieve the expected goals, is a very important issue, which research has been done to achieve them.
The research is qualitative-quantitative in terms of applied purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection method. Qualitative statistical population includes police elites in the field of crime prevention. Using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation principle, 14 people were selected as a sample and data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Using "Max Kyoda" software was analyzed in a small statistical population of 139 people, including commanders and experts, 102 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling method, as well as a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using "Emos" software.
In the qualitative part, the components in the form of 3 main themes and 25 sub-themes were classified in the quantitative part through the analysis of the output of the questionnaires. The identified components are at the desired level.
The identified components will provide a good understanding for the development of knowledge and skills development in the heads of prevention police in the country and the establishment of methods to improve attitudes will create a suitable platform for development in knowledge and skills of disciplinary prevention
